I'm actually not that worried about how we played at the end.  To me, it was more like one of those "freak" things where we're dominating, a bad call, a freak STs play, and it kind of snowballed from there.  Messed up a couple of things on defense, but other than that we played awesome all around.

Just hang on, when Troy returns it won't even be close, baby!!!!

I'm with ya Preach.
But someone who shall not be named, threatened to become a Bengals fan if we were to lose.
That's never acceptable.
Never.

Saints? Fine.  Broncos? Fine.
AFC North opponents?  NEVER!!

Did I mention how awesome Delicious was tonite?
And Heat had 2 TDs!!
And Hines was Hines?
And that throw my MoMo?

I'm happy.  A little stressed, but honestly, I wasn't convinced we'd win this one.

Ecstatic, is what I am.

The wife and I quit taking it after 7 weeks.  It helped us quit though, still smoke-free since July!

I picked the wrong time to quit sniffing glue!

Did anyone notice the TOP?  40:20 for the Steelers.

game notes...

I thought the defense was excellent for 3 quarters.  even though they didnt get that many sacks, they really handcuffed Livers into throwing all the quick release underneath stuff.

With No troy, it was hard covering Gates with LBs and the kitchen sink we ended up covering him with.  I did think the PI on Harrison looked a little uncatatchable and didnt warrant a flag IMO.

I'm guessing forward progress doesnt take place on punt returns???  Logan was pushed back close to 4 yards with dudes piling on him before he coughed it up.  BS

Kemo played a great game, but thought he shouldnt have been put back in there so soon.  he clearly was still feeling the effects of his injury on the holding call.

I would like to think BA called the offense on his own the last 5 minutes, but I wouldnt be surprised if Tomlin was chatting into his earpiece a little more than he has in the past.

and whats with the skid mark on Merrimans head?  Mohawks were so 10 years ago

Maybe Logon gets a pass for being such a runt and getting mugged by 4 or 5 guys, but when one guy had him around the waste, he was waving the ball around like he was looking for a lateral.

I'm not too worried about the D.  They need to finish better, obviously, but overall, they played great for 3 q's and OK for one.  The O looked completely different.  Arians must have had a monster sinus headache in which he couldn't think clearly.  Using a FB, Ben getting the ball to Heat, HB TD Pass, a reverse, PAP in appropriate situations, 5 wide sets with new looks.  Holy crap.  I'm probably giving him too much credit.  Tomlin prolly put together the game plan for the O.

I wouldn't have gone for it from our 30 yard line on 4th down...Tomlin did and it worked.

Couldn't believe he did that.  But, like you said, it worked so no worries.  If they fail to convert there and SD puts 7 on the board, it's a huge mo swing.

OMG - Holy fucking shit - 2 rushing TD's, from inside the 5, in one game.

Looks like the O-line was threatened the same way Mendy was.

I'm such an idiot.  I had Mendenhall penciled in as one of my starting RBs in my Fantasy Survivor league, but at the last second, I went with Coffee from SF figuring I could get some easy points from a guy that won't be starting in a couple weeks.  Yeah, that worked out well...
