Good deal if he'll play well for at least a couple more years.

A stud TE can be a young QBs greatest asset. Great move for ATL, IMO.
Gonzo caught 96 passes last year??? Holy crap...that's with a garbage team. Who knows what he can do with some talent around him?

Yeah, Gonzo for a
'10
R2 pick? Solid.
KC made out in their last move with the Pastries, but I think they are left holding the [tea] bag here provided TG can play at least 2 more years as you said J.

Thigpen was underrated, IMO. He threw for 2600 and change, but he was named the official starter somewhere around the midpoint of the season.
He's gotta be pissed with that Cassell move. Be funny if he outperforms Matty in camp.

I can't figure out what KC is thinking here; they go out and get Cassel, but then trade away their only aerial weapon. Huh? Does this mean they're going after Crabtree?

Great move by Atlanta. That offense is going to be pretty scary this year.

I wonder now if Crabtree or Harvin falls to us at 1.32, if we can't get their second and say, third, for 1.32?

If Crabtree somehow fell that far, I think you have to take him. There's plenty of time after that to entertain offers and, if none arise, keep the guy.
