If this schedule is correct I couldn't be happier. Every media source I heard from all day speculated both Saturday and Sunday games being afternoon games. That would have been ridiculous. Can't wait to drop the puck on this series! This is Rocky Balboa vs Apollo Creed part 2.

According to the PPG...
Quote
The best-of-seven final will start with back-to-back games in Detroit. Game 1 is at 8 p.m. Saturday, followed by Game 2 there Sunday night at a time to be determined. Those games will be televised by NBC.
Games 3 and 4 will be at Mellon Arena Tuesday and June 4, both at 8 p.m. and both to be telecast by Versus.
If necessary, Game 5 will be June 6 at Detroit, 8 p.m. on NBC; Game 6 would be June 9 at Mellon Arena, 8 p.m. on NBC and Game 7 would be June 12 at Detroit, 8 p.m. on NBC.

Best case scenario: We take both the first two games in Detroit
Absolute must do: At least split the first two games in Detroit
Were in trouble if we lose both of em' again - It's just a hole that's too deep against that team.

Thanks Finny. I'm only a few years behind being an old fucking clueless asshat, myself. I thought these new-fangled computers were supposed to do everything for you. You're telling me they can't read my mind?

I predicted a Nuggets-Cavs matchup, with the caveat that I don't follow the NBA more than cursorily.
Since my appreciation of the NHL is likewise cursory, you may appreciate my prediction of Wings in 7.
Oh, did I mention that another sport I don't follow, horse-racing, had me select Take the Points in the Preakness as the upset winner? And where did he finish? DFL.
So there you go.
You may thank me by sending me a nice bottle of Scotch.
