I think Mike Florio is actually sad about the affidavit.  It's been pretty clear from day one they started reporting this story that he wanted to see Ben crash and burn.  His jealous hatred of the Steelers has taken a pretty distasteful step forward over the past few months.  I can't stand that guy.

ESPN reported something last night as well, but it sounded more like B-Roth's attorney was asking for the case to be dismissed too...
