I bet they'll be surprised by the Thursday night numbers - people will be *much* less likely to watch IMO. Not so sure that the Sat/Sun morning and afternoon viewing crowd translates to Thur/Fri prime time. But I'm sure they have consultants making 10X my annual salary who swear it's the right thing to do ...

I'll end up watching, but nothing beats sitting down at noon on Saturday knowing that you have 10 hours of football ahead of you. Loved having the first 3 rounds on Saturday. I think it is a mistake too Jonzr.

I'll probably do what I always do. Guestimate when the Steelers will be picking and tune in then, maybe flipping to the channel once an hour to catch up before that. The analysis has been beaten to death so much by draft day that I honestly can't stomach sitting and listening.
Same plan for other rounds but will check in less often. By about round 4-5, I'll read it in the paper next day.
I think first round will rate well, other days not so much. How many people are going to set their watch to be ready for start of round 4 on Saturday? With no higher rounds as lead-in, weekend ratings will drop significantly. Probably worth it though with prime time $ in exchange.
