Sittin at home Sunday, minding my own business, got a telephone call from someone: "we got 10 tickets for the Monday night Steeler/Bronco game.  You guys want 4 tickets?"  I said "giddy-up".

These people are from PA and huge Steeler fans.  He also knows James Harrison's personal manager, or whatever that person is called, and might be able to get us a meet-n-greet.  Sounds like they know other Steeler peeps too so we are going to tail-gate before the game.

A Sunday game would be better for tail-gating and stuff, but it should be fun.

Tickets are in the south end zone, which I'm not crazy about, but they are 4th row, so I'll be looking for Hines to score down there and give me the ball since I'll be sportin my Ward Jersey.  If we get the meet-n-greet, might also have to pick up a Harrison jersey.

If you get to do the meet & greet, ask James if he'll pose for a pic with you wearing this hat:

Awesome!!!!

You are definitely welcome to join our tailgate party.  As that weekend gets closer, hopefully we will know what lot we'll be in etc etc.

Maybe we can meet up some time that weekend.  Do you know when you are coming in town and where you are staying?

The 16th is my daughter's B-day which means that weekend I'll have kiddie b-day festivities, so my availability may be limited.  Now, if you are bringing mountain bikes, I can definitely arrange something!!!   wacko

Nah, you heard him.  He's been working out and is taking his bike.  It's a carry-on ya know.

Since I know you guys are digging my fold up/carry on bike, if you guys suck it up and get some, Maybe the Rooney's will pay us to perform like the Shriner's but in the parking lots on game days.  Oh yeah!!!!!!

Penso can decorate his bike with a giant coozie.

BTW - I think I put in for a coozie abut 3 years ago . . .

I rode once or twice a couple of weeks ago, got in a few hikes last week on vacation, and I'm riding 2x per week until it snows.  I'll be in the best shape of my career by Nov 16.
