Anyone know when "will call" opens Thurs at Heinz? Secondly, does anyone know why it's called "will call"?

I think it opens at 5:00, you can probably check Heinz Field's website to confirm.

I couldn't find it listed on steelers.com, but I e-mailed the Steelers Web support. WC opens one hour prior to the gates opening. According to steelers.com, gates A and B open at 5:30.
