Three weeks in and already two games back of the Ravens for the division.

With a mere 14 weeks left in the season. Baltimore and Pittsburgh still play twice themselves.

If you don't think the Steelers are good enough to still repeat then what ever made you think that in the first place? This team is still loaded on both sides of the ball.

Few kinks worked out and this team will be right back where it's supposed to be come money time.

I knew you'd be back and whining at the soonest convenient opportunity. I told ya I'd worry about your opinion come playoff time but I'd knew you'd come to bitch and whine some more. TOLD YA SO!

I knew it. Everyone look at me!

No need to panic.

We're tied in the AFC with the Jaguars.  They're good, right?

And we're A game ahead of the Browns.  ONE GAME ahead.

We rock.

I must admit that, so far, it feels very 2006-ish.  Shoulda won.  Coulda won.  Didn't do it.

I cannot even begin to tell you how livid I am right now.

There is a good chance we start 1-3.  Even if we do, I am not worried, I think Balt. will get their first L next week and that will leave us two games back.  I thought this might be the case when Troy went down.  I also think we go 10-2 the rest of the way and still win the division or at worse get a wild card.

Did Reed not miss a 50 yarder?  We can't keep missing field goals in tight games.  Should have signed the deal Reed.

Funny how many act as if there are only four weeks left.

Retard clap... clap

He missed a 52-yarder, yeah. It was a fourth-and-four IIRC and I remember freaking out at that time that we should go for it with the offense. Sorry I've been drinking rapidly and decisively since the conclusion of the game so the details are foggy but I definitely remember thinking we should go.

The two things I feel compelled to complain about.

1) Gotta manufacture more pressure on the QB. From wherever. From whomever. However. Just flat out need more sacks. Those drive-killers we used to come to recognize and expect.
I know we havent been in pin-the-ears-back situations, that we'll get healthier with Troy back, and that LeBeau hasn't had to/been able to empty the holster by the nature of the games BUT the sooner this can start happening the better. Im not panicking. Im not. No fucking panic here!

2) Santonio's disappearance. The guy has gone from Super Bowl MVP who looked like he found some extra gear and would just keep kicking ass in HERO mode for the rest of times. Now it rained a little in Chicago, he's looking more and more uninspired, apparently betrayed Ben on that pick-six Joseph TD, and is having trouble with easy looking catches. Gotta get him going somehow to and out of this Santonio HolMMMMMM-Dropppp habit.

Also take the pick six Ben threw and the D only gave up 17.  I find it hard to believe that the D is keeping games this close when we are not getting many sacks.

I'm watching "The Wizard of Oz" right now and started chuckling...
"Bears and Bengals and Lions, Oh My!"
That CANNOT happen.
