I used to have a lot of respect for Seau. Those days ended a long time ago. Either retire or don't but don't play games with it. Remember when the Dolphins released him so he could sign with the Chargers and "retire" a Charger only to go sign with the their division rivals. Ass-Hat.

I think these guys retire for a while, and they feel better than they did in their previous 5 years, so they decide to play again. They play half a season, get beat up and retire again for 9-12 months and repeat the process.
I'm sick of the Favre thign and in this case Seau, but on some level I understand it.
