Good news for Redskins:  they played their first 6 games against teams that had not won a game at the time the Skins played them.

Bad news for Redskins:  Despite that gift, they are 2-4 and looking horrible.  And their 2 wins are against 0-6 teams.

With luck and some good breaks, they're looking at 4-12.  5-11 tops.

Bye week coming up after next Monday.  I'll be shocked if Zorn makes it past the post-game press conference.  And at this point, he'd be crazy to want to stay.

There's a team that, over the remaining part of their schedule, will face 6 opponents that are coming off a bye week.  I thought it was the Redskins, but it might've been a different team...Atlanta, maybe?  Dunno.

Would suck tho.  Every other week you're facing a team that's got fresh legs with two weeks of rest.

Glen Quagmire: WHOA! Transvestite! Back off! Wait a sec, pre-op or post-op?
Transvetite: Pre-op.

That's just poor scheduling.  Should never happen.

There's an easy way to eliminate the whole percieved advantages/disadvantages of the bye, for the team coming off and the team playing them.  I'd just set the middle eight weeks as bye weeks.  Each week one division is off, and the following week they play each other.  Problem solved.

There is no way in hell such a sensical solution would even occur to Goodell, much less be enacted.  This is the guy who wants two more regular season games and a team in Canada.

That would be a disaster.
