Ok Brinker, I'm ready.  I'm ready to use your skill and expertise to get the $6,500 tax credit without actually purchasing a home.  Let's doctor some paperwork and git-r-done.  I'm sure we can agree on a kickback amount from the savings.

Expecting to cash in big on tax credits/rebates this year from the construction of our new home.
