Ah, you must mean the City's of the world. We ( and I use we as a proud Chelsea Pitch Owner) haven't spent shit in a couple years. Zhirkov cost 18 mil, and Anelka was like 16 mil. That's about it. Now they might break the bank for Aguero considering the looming transfer ban, but City is definitely the new spending powerhouse... and it still might not get them CL football next year. Good luck against 'Pool this weekend. I would love to see Rafa continue to struggle after their CL early exit.
