Tiger on steroids?

Colin Cowherd just announced that some doctor Tiger goes to up in Canada just got busted with steroids (or HGH, I'm not sure which). Anthony Gallia (sp?). Okay, tell me how it would help Tiger perform. I'm not sure how it would make him better.

I don't think anyone juices to get 'better' at something.

They want to:

a) get stronger
b) heal faster
