SIGN CORNERBACKS.
Not that I'm a huge fan of his, but isn't Chris McAlister a FA?

Some talk the Ratties might sign him back since Lardassery Webb ripped his ACL. Anyway, ain't what he used to be. Not much out there, either. What about Ty Law...

Well, it is an upgrade at that position. Not sure #4 wideout is our biggest area of need...

Maybe Joey can play CB or safety?
Or kick on kickoffs?

SIGN CORNERBACKS Nah. Tomlin is kicking his defense right in the nuts again. You old fuckers are beyond repair. I'm bringing another receiver, because we're gonna need about 45 points to win from here on out.

Galloway is to this team what Fernando Bryant was to the 2007 team. He's a desperation move that you hope never sees the field.
As for McCalister, the Ravens are checking him out today, so New Orleans must've cut him.

So why'd they sign the old man and then make him inactive for the game?

If you're gonna use Grisham, why sign Galloway?
Or does Grisham play on STs?

Yeah, story was that they signed him in case Hines couldn't go. Hines did go, so Joey sat. Then Hines tweaked the hammy, and Grisham was in. He thought he'd left CSI for good, but they reeled him back in for one more case...

Not having Hines will hurt, a lot. Dude has some miles, but gets open and catches all of Ben's crappy throws in the dirt and 2 feet behind him. If Hines could catch a ball in stride without being a contortionist, he would probably drop it out of sheer suprise.
Grisham would have to come through in Hines' place. Miller prolly draws more coverage without Ward, and Grisham/Galloway would have to step up in the "possesion receiver" role.

Geez. Troy out, Aaron Smith out, Harrison and Ward dinged up pretty good, Ben missed a game. I don't care who you are, when you lose that much time from five Pro Bowlers you're gonna feel it.
No excuse for losing most of the games we lost, but still...
