NBC is the worst fucking network ever.  Mike Milbury=Matt Millen.

Fortunately CNBC picked up the CBC feed, though dopey McGuire is still part of the broadcast.  "Hey guys, I just looked over at the (insert team name)'s bench and, boy, do they looked composed.  I've never seen that level of composure before."

I guess I should have tuned in. I checked out the ticker at TSN a couple of time. USA/Canada on Sunday?

I should check and see if Charter had added any Olympic channels. They did that for the summer Olympics.

Best thing about NBC's coverage tonight was the online stream had sound... but no announcers.  Pure joy, if the game hadn't been a stinker by the swedes.  They appear to be not very good this time around.  You should put more than 2 up on the krauts.

And one of the more spirited in matches of the olympics-- Czechs versus Slovaks-- ends in 3-1 Czech win. Hard to root for either of these teams, what with the Jagr/Hossa most hatable ex-Pen thing going on. Too bad Bobby Clarke is too racist to hire Europeans, as that would simplify rooting affairs.

Jagr cracked me up early, sucking wind after 5 minutes, but he ended up with a goal and a helper.

Ugh.  Giving up a shortie to Norway=not good.

I have zero confidence in Ron Wilson as a coach.  What he won?

Crosby saves Canada.  Still, I think under the Olympic system Canada will be a point back of the USA heading into the head to head this weekend.  Which means there's a chance they'll have to face Russia (provided Russia wins their group) in the semis rather than the final.

All this despite a two to one advantage in shots and faceoffs.  Not to mention a woeful 1 for 7 powerplay, and about 472 shots of the Mike Babcock stinkface.

U....S.......A USA USA US-aaaaaaaaay

/soccer hippie

Listen to all the Canadian whining. You almost lost to the Swiss cheese group that the US was scolded for not dominating.....Limber gerbacher....Romano.. .yet Crosby had to rescue you hosers.

Suck my ass and enjoy Ryan Malone's upper st clair hat trick against that sex-addict Sis-in-law banging "fatso" Brodeur on Sunday.

The American Ryans will prevail. Malone the mailman, Callahan, Miller in goal, Kesler from the hometown/stunned Canucks. Bobby Ryan as Adam Banks in disguise. LETS GO.
