When you run the mouse over the "reputation power" bar under the avatar, a little caption pops up about the poster.

For example, just tonight I learned that "Y2Joyce is a rising star" and that Big Virgil is "living the good life". Who knew all those bike rides would someday become the George Clooney lifestyle?

Did you write those jonzr?  If so, applause for attention to detail.

Also tweaked the settings a bit so some people may be showing different text.  Basically, people have fewer green bars now.
