Even assuming he's been set up, and is innocent of these recent allegations...HOW THE HELL DO YOU PUT YOURSELF IN THIS POSITION?
Has he learned NOTHING in the last 12 months? He's seen how these things go, and he's seen how friends of his (ie Bettis) were set up.
Since the girl had an exam, it's a good bet that some sex went down. Was he dumb enough to have unprotected sex with someone, so that his DNA could be collected?
