Uhm, There is no current law enforcement investigation to determine if Tiger should spend time in prison.

I'd take the Tiger situation for Ben. 

At least Tiger was getting women to put out with out suing him or accusing him of committing a crime.  He s in hot water because he is married, no other reason.
