whats the deal?

I keep getting an error message whenever i want to rep or de-rep someone.

I get the following:

An Error Has Occurred!
Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again.

Is my breaker turned off or something?

Did you try loggin out and back in again? If you've stayed logged in for a long time, sometimes the session reference gets lost and the suggestion fixes that.
