Not only should we have traded Big Ben.. I think we could have 100% guaranteed ourselves to win at least AT LEAST 5 super bowls in a row if we'd traded to get Brady Quinn, drafted Tim Tebow, and drafted Jimmy Clausen.  With that stupefying amount of bravery, courageousness, and righteousness... I don't see how we could ever lose a game.

Not to mention that ESPN would pretty much have to pay off every officiating crew to ensure that we'd win just so they spew out non-stop gobbledygook about these three.

And.. I think we could set a new trend by having one quarterback play a specific down - kind of like what teams do with 3rd down runningbacks.

Good idea.  They could use Quinn as the 1st down hand-off-specialist-from-under-center.  Then they could rotate in Tebow to be the 2nd down hand-off-specialist-from-the-shotgun-formation.  He could fake a jump pass before sticking the ball in a RBs gut and faux blocking.  This would open up 3rd down for Clausen to be the passing-specialist-from-wherever.  They could occasionally bring in Tebow on 3rd down, in addition to Clausen, to faux block and run a wild cat (maybe they should call it Golden Gator) play.
