Is he Antonio's oldest? Damn he must've started young.

DE Lindsey Witten Uconn

She was a force in the post for Auriemma IIRC. Long unbeaten streak so she knows how to win.

AJ Trump, OT, Miami

Seems to be another project type that the Steelers love to reach down into the smaller uknown football school types.

Quote
Cordarrow Thompson, DE, Virginia Tech

What in the Jason Worilds were this guys parents thinking? Tough name.

Quote
Daryll Clark QB, Penn State

Morelli's daddy told me he'd have gone in Bradford's stead had Paterno not wrecked this poor lad's career.

The name among those that intrigues me is Black. He has awsome talent but he's a fat and lazy fuck. If anyone can light a fire under his ass, he can make the team easy IMO. Of course, up to now, nobody has been able to. Still, he's interesting.

He's the biggest 2010 faller I can think of.  Maybe him and Selvie.

Black, with Bulaga and Okung, were lock top-half of R1 selections, a year ago.  What happened?

I have no idea. He started 4 years and 53 career games at LT and was the SEC Top Blocker (Jacobs Blocking Trophy). The only thing I can see is that he lacks athleticism, but what Steelers OT doesn't? Long arms (at least plays like it, had a 33 @ combine), good width, very productive, Junior and Senior year graded out @ 88% blocking. I still see him as an upgrade at LT...no prior arrests, parents are preachers, dominate blocker at the SEC, started every game for 4 years, I have no clue. Maybe most scouts saw him at RT or OG, but figured he couldn't trap/pull so didn't select him? I think the combine killed him; a 5.49 - 40, 23 reps, looked stiff in drills. Clearly, he's a project but has a ton of upside.

Clark goes to the 'Skins...  Which as a PSU guy disappoints but he is nothing more than a Practice Squad guy anyway...

The Steelers added a huge fullback and two safeties to their roster today when they signed seven rookies who were not chosen in last week's draft.

Detemetrius Taylor of Virginia Tech becomes the team's only pure fullback, nearly the size of an offensive lineman at 6 feet, 273 pounds.

The other free agent rookies are guard Dorrian Brooks (6-2, 306) of James Madison, safeties Justin Thornton (6-1, 213) of Kansas and Da'Mon Cromartie-Smith (6-2, 210) of UTEP, offensive tackle Kyle Jolly (6-6, 300) of North Carolina, defensive tackle Cordarrow Thompson (6-2, 301) of Virginia Tech and center/guard A.J. Trump (6-3, 300) of Miami.

Added to their 10 draft choices, it leaves the Steelers with 89 players on their roster.
