Sweed and the 2011 WR Class

I hope Limas Sweed can turn into the WR we thought he would be coming out of Texas. If not I have already seen some mock draft sites having the Steelers selecting a big WR in Round 1 next year. Next years WR class could potentially be one of the best WR class ever if they all declare. Michael Floyd(ND) 6'3" 220, Jonathan Baldwin(Pitt) 6'5" 225, AJ Green(Ga) 6'4" 207, Julio Jones(Al) 6'4" 211, DeAndre Brown(S Miss) 6'6" 231, Terrance Tolliver(LSU) 6'5" 206.... just to name a few. So I am hoping Sweed produces so we will not be tempted and then we can go DL/CB in the 1st Rd.

We're gonna need some damned linebackers next year.

I figured we would take LB in Rounds 2,3, & 4 next year.

Even if Sweed does somehow turn it around, one can still make the argument that WR is a R1 need for this team next year. Ward's almost done and we aren't exactly stocked with talent at the position.

True dat, but at least the likes of Courtney Hawkins isn't starting.

Hopefully, we're not drafting early enough to get a shot at him.
