I haven't gone postal yet. The Texas dealership is exchanging paperwork with the local Chrysler dealership.

It kinda sorta looks like they might fix it all on their dime. Still playing nice, but I have the email already typed out, just in case. Links to the online complaint forms, photos, screen captures, etc. We'll see.

Legal action is an expense. If one can create the illusion of leverage or more leverage than actually exists, then shit seems to get done. Someday I'll tell you of Canuck vs. Beacon Industries. Crooks. Took years but I actually doubled up.

And with the 300C...

It seems the dealership was inflating the repair bill a little. One car dealership trying to fuck over another. Go figure. Got another estimate today from a body shop, about $1K cheaper for the same parts.

Got the car back today. Was only in the shop for 3 days. New bumper, fog lights, rad, etc. to the tune of $2500. The Dallas dealership was pretty decent, seeing they covered the bill.
