He's whining that Lane Kiffin (USC) hired away the Titan's RB coach w/out the proper courtesy call to Fisher.  Boo-effing-hoo.

This is classic Lane Kiffin.  I don't necessarily care for Fischer being this upset about it, but Kiffin has been asking for this for months.

He was at USC for three days before the NCAA started questioning his recruiting practices.  SoCal had to report a violation on him because he sent a limo to the airport to pick up recruits.  He has run his mouth and shown no professionalism--or even good common sense--on any level. 

Fischer is being a bit of a douche with this, but he is a USC alum.  He is very well-liked by the alumni and the university, and they probably would like to have his influence and support.  Kiffin stupidly went around him, knowingly violating Pola's contract (or enticing him to violate it), because he knew that Fischer would have said no.  It's less than two weeks before training camp, and Pola has yet to be on the practice field for Tennessee.  No way he would have granted permission for the interview, so Kiffin just did it anyway.

And let's ask this question:  Why in the hell is Kiffin still in need of an offensive coordinator when fall practice is about to begin?  Maybe because he's an utter friggin' douchebag himself?

The funniest thing that could happen here is Lane Kiffin having to return to the state of Tennessee to answer this lawsuit in open court.  I give that guy 37 seconds across the state line before he gets a beat-down, or worse.

Whatever happened, it wasn't cool.  And he has a right to be pissed.  Poaching staff this late in the game - never heard that before.
