I like it, though I think he underplays the problems up front.

Nice article but I'm homeristically predicting a division win.

And doesn't even mention Adams when he's talking about how he'd shuffle the line.
I'd say that, if Troy stays healthy, if Aaron Smith stays healthy, if Pouncey can win a spot and improve the RG or C spot at least SOMEWHAT, if Ike hasn't lost a step, if either Radel El, Battle or Sanders can emerge as a legitimate thrid threat, and if either Burnett, Lewis, Butler, or Gay (hehe) can emerge as a decent cover guy, then we have a decent chance at the playoffs, and once you're there, anything can happen. Every one of those "ifs" that doesn't come true, and every new set back like if Harrison was to get hurt again, takes us farther away from the promised land.

I figured he must have written all the articles two weeks ago.

Nice article but I'm homeristically predicting a division win.
After this horrendous off-season, I'll take it!
To me, it's just stupid to predict who will make it to the Super Bowl at this point. It makes a lot more sense to say who might be able to make it there.

I thought they had one of the Yankee farm teams there?

Jimmy Johnson had a great line. He said every year the season comes down to ten or twleve teams because the rest of them shoot themselves in the foot and eliminate themselves either through poor personnel decisions, or through some strife. I can't decide whether or not we did enough on the line and at corner not to eliminate ourselves. I'd say we are a borderline "might be able to make it there" team. Of course, it could change if Ziggy turns out to be as unstoppable against other people's lines as he is against ours, because a team could end up having to keep 7 in to block 5, and that would mean that we'd have double teams on all 3 receivers and so the corners wouldn't have to be Revis-like. That would change the dynamics of our defense, and then we'd just be lookinf for a few points out of the offense and looking for them "not to lose" games for us.
