I've heard Chris Mortenson on Mike & Mike the last couple weeks doing these reports from his ridiculous RV tour.  He sounds like he's got a major-league hangover, or perhaps that he's already had a few before 9 am.  And his reports make about that much sense as well.

Might be time to get him in for drug testing.
