Not sure how you can start Batch when, in spite of obvious QB issues, he doesn't take a meaningful snap the entire preseason.
I'd give Dixon the start with the understanding that if he struggles, Batch will come in for a couple series. Not a change, just give the kid a chance to see what the D is doing from the sideline. Then get Batch out before he gets hurt. If Dixon still can't get it done, then it's Batch until he can't go any more.
