I try to watch him when he's in the game, just out of curiosity.  I know he's not a big part of our offense, but the guy can flat-out block.

His block on the game winner was other-worldly.

Funny, I spent most of the day ranting about how Johnson was a complete waste of roster space, and how we should have a real fullback (Jon Kuhn ring a bell?).

He did a nice job on the Mendy TD though.

I wouldn't disagree with that at all.  I still think we need a fullback and some true variety in the design of the run game.

Johnson blocks well from the TE/H-back position and is a good situational player.  I don't think BA puts any of our blockers in the best situation to succeed, and I still like a true FB.  Just sayin' that Johnson has some good blocking skills and is a good utility player.

Legursky showed some pop as a lead blocker.  Why not have a heavy package with Johnson as an in-line blocker and Legs as a FB?

A tough-minded intelligent offensive mind would say that.  But we all know what we're dealing with.
