The new ones do?  I seem to recall the older, blocky numbers being different sizes front and back, but I thought the newer, rounded numbers were the same on either side.

Same font, but the front numbers are smaller than the back. Back numbers are 12", front are 10".

I customized a Terry Bradshaw M&N for a guy who wanted a Swanny. I thought I could just change the size of the back, front and shoulder numbers in PS. Not. Each 8 was proportioned differently.

And in other jersey news... I saw a kid on campus the other day with a Louisiana Tech #12 Bradshaw.  Couldn't believe it.  I guess they were sold out of the Troy Edwards replicas.

They take their needlepoint seriously in the malibu household.  Don't get him started on his counted cross stitch, he'll kvetch your hind legs off.

Shoulders should be 4.5" numbers. NOB = 3" letters.

Some of the Reebok authentics used to be made with 4" numbers on the shoulders. Close but no cigar.

When it comes to jerseys, I'm always striving for 100%...accuracy
