This should make for an interesting game on Monday. What the hell is the NFL's problem?!?

I wonder if those fines are tax deductible?  Don't they go to a charity or something like that?  It probably goes to the butt plug fund for Goodell and his henchmen.

Did the Saints DB who hit Ward get a fine?

So is there going to be a 20k fine for every roughing the passer penalty until the end of the season? He was penalized in the game, and if you are going to fine the guy for a hit like that, it better be in the 5k range.

Enjoy it while it lasts Goodouche, next year = lockout for sure.

Yeah, I was wondering how much of this was maneuvering in preparation for a lockout.  You know, create ill will with the players and get them in a contentious mood, ensure a lockout and then try to break the union.  Bastards.

Sure seems like it. The best part of all of this is Harrison is fucking blatantly held at the beginning of the play. Surprise surprise.

Haven't you heard from Finny?  Holding is no more in the NFL.

Actually, the inside word is that holding is allowed when it involves James Harrison because he so beastly that lil' Tommy and lil' Drew and lil' Peyton might yellow their purdy white pants if he is allowed to run at them.  This is the new rule implemented by The Commish, because he can.
