Oat, was his wife killed in a car wreck?

I was thinking of Bud Tarken. Which many think was simply Finny in disguise.  Grin

What was the name of the dude who was crippled and had some crazy avatar of his cripple mobile?  I think he was claiming to be a detective of some sort.

That's not the guy whose wife was killed in a car accident, was it?  Grin

There was a guy Jawnhenry whose wife died.  The steel trap is getting rusty so I had to look through the member list to come up with it.  I remember him saying he and his wife worked different shifts, or something, so he came home for a quickie, climbed in bed and she was dead, if I remember correctly.  She had an aneurysm or something.

For the "crippled guy" are you guys thinking of the wood chipper guy?  Can't remember his screen name.

I wouldn't say I've been *missing* it, Bob.

Correct. That was actually a true story, unfortunately.
