Prediction for next two Pats games

Further evidence that Belichick owns the Steelers like he owns no one else will come the next two weeks.

Against the Colts, Manning will throw for 350+ to a depleted receiver corps, keeping his team in it from the start of the game on. The Pats defense will look like a bottom-third unit again -- because they're not playing Pittsburgh.

And the following week, against Detroit, the Patriots will win a tight one, in overtime, or something like that.

I'm convinced that the Patriots are just not that good, except against us. (And I'm not knocking them; they have a great, great QB, which is more than enough to win plenty of games in this league. But they looked like they were playing a homecoming game when they play us.)
