Honestly, this is the worst surgery out there. Can't imagine a guy getting it done mid-week and making it back to play QB in the National Football League.
I just figured theyd let this wait.
It is a horrendous experience, had it done once in high school the first time I broke my nose. The next two times I broke it I just let it stay broken, because it is honestly less painful to live with it than to have them refracture it.
Had mine "done" as well. In fact it had that same kind of "C" shape Ben's has. As far as I remember, its a much more serious fracture if the nasal septum is involved; mine wasn't and I guess were are to assume Ben's isn't.
On another note, the "liquid cocaine" they use to knock you out for that procedure really is a kick and got my heart rate down to 30.
