Fuck the Patriots.
Doug Gottleib was expounding ad nauseam that everyone hates the Patriots because they're successful. Fuck that. It's a free country. I can hate them for whatever reason I want. Of which I have many, stank you very much.
So, it's the Hoodie vs. the Footie.
Hope we meet one of you next week.

Anyone heard the Wes Welker Q&A? Fucking awesome. He mentions "foot" about 10 times. Gotta put your best foot forward, that guy has good feet, stick your toe in, be a good foot soldier - it was hilarious.

Yeah as much as I hate the guy, that was great. His said all that with a straight face. Epic.
But yeah, go Jets.

I hadn't seen that yet, funny stuff. "Mind if I smell them?" Ah, Rex. Not only a foot fetish but a touch of the exhibitionist as well.

Wow, I'm shocked. Heading towards the half, NYJ up 14-3.
All the teams with a bye week struggled out of the gate, except the Bears, who didn't face a playoff caliber team. Steelers righted the ship, and Pats still could; Falcons never quite got there, getting swamped after an OK start.
Hope the Jets hang on...

Most pressure I've seen on Brady since the 18-1* game. Great defensive gameplan from fat Rex.
Points on this drive would be huge.

Yeah, they have him running in circles...we all know that is how you beat golden boy, it's getting it done that is the hard part. Kudos to the jets for pushing the pasties around. The only bad thing about a Jets win is hearing the fat man go on about how they have been the best all year long, and now somehow his idiocy is validated.

Maybe if Branch wasn't so worried about yelling at the Jets sideline, he'd have caught that.

Maybe they should have yapped into the microphones all week instead of waiting to do it towards the Jets when they were behind 14-3.

Hahahahahahahahahaha! What a weekend!
I wanted the Steelers to take another crack at Brady, but whatever, those overconfident pricks sucked today, Brady was beaten senseless, and I like our chances next week!!!!!!!

I was completely shocked at this one. It was the only pick I got wrong this weekend and it's a good thing I dialed it back too because it was #2 on my confidence list behind the Packers (+1) so losses were minimal.
Hate to say it, but amazing job by the Rotund One in putting together a plan to get into NE's head. They went to a 3-3-5 often that had Brady guessing the whole night. And man, you get a coupla knocks on the Furry One and holy shit, he gets flustered. Considering how well the Jets got to him, it makes you wonder why they had such a hard time getting pressure on the QB all season. That's been their biggest complaint. Hopefully, they return to midseason form in that regard.
