What's the frame of reference?

Something seems wrong here.  Maybe they're comparing Ben's first 7 seasons to Brady's first 7... except that Brady sat a year behind Bledsoe.  That's why I include all that Kashi-fueled goodness in my posts, which shows an apples-to-apples comparison in terms of full seasons, and even adjusts 12% for actual games played. 

Sorry, don't feel like peeling off the last year of Beardy stats to see if that's what they did, but it would seem so, and thus flawed.

BTW, Mrs. and I are flying to Tahiti for free!  For realz!

See, that's bogus, because you can't compare Ben's first year stats when he played 14 games to Brady's first season where he was inactive the whole year, save one game for three attempts.  

I compared seven full seasons for each guy, and even then there was a difference in games played.

I agree that some of those stats it's an unfair comparison, but the first 3 (rating, YPA, Comp%) are legit as they're averages, not totals.  If anything, sitting his rookie year should benefit Brady's stats in those categories, as those are the type of #s you would expect to improve with experience.

I'm sure it would shock many to see Ben ahead of the Golden Boy in any stat, for any time period.
