Heres the kicker...the bushes I hit were owned by a dude who is a safety coach.  A safety motivational speaker / guru.  His website contains testimonials from Bobby Bowden , Stan Musial, Rocky Blier, etc.

Maybe he can give me a pep talk to get amped up for paying 9 large for a bush.

File a counter claim that he owes you $1,000 for the labor he doesn't have to pay to have that shit fest removed.

I just re-read the bid.  The company claims it planted those trees 50 years ago, yet they have been in business since 1992.  Fuck these people.
