Lake, who interviewed with the Steelers last week, coached the secondary at UCLA, his alma mater, in 2009 but left after one season because of family reasons.

This situation could be an anomoly, but could just as easily be a constant headache.

I agree, no families, feelings or emotions.  Everyone is soft these days.
