Weather the Ravens and their fans ever taste sweet victory in another Super Bowl remains to be seen.

but Flacco is 2-6 lifetime against Pittsburgh including two playoff losses
Not to mention the 2 in that sentence came against Dennis Dixon. I'd like the sentence better if it read Flacco is 0-6 against Ben Roethlisberger.

Weather depending, they will never win.
Especially in Pittsburgh in December!

I would never say never: plenty of the Steelers-Ravens games, including playoffs, have been nail-biters. Sure, the 2000 Ravens were a better defense, but they won a Lombardi with Dilfer, FFS.
That said, Flacco never really scares me as a QB. I think he's pretty good, but it seems as though he's hit a plateau. The only other starter of note from the 2008 draft is Matt Ryan, and it seems like he has considerably more upside. My imagination? Ravens-hating? I just don't think he has "it."

I hate the Ravens, and that obviously clouds my judgment to some degree. But I think Flacco is actually a pretty damn good QB. He's only played three seasons, and has gotten better every year. In the AFC, you only have a handful of team that can compete for the Super Bowl seemingly every season. Steelers, Colts, Pats, Jets, and Ravens. It wouldn't surprise me if any of those teams won a Super Bowl in the next 5 years. Having said that, I hope none of them do. Besides Pittsburgh of course.
God I miss football season.
