That missed field goal looms large.

Who went in for Legursky?
BTW, critical 3rd down conversion. At least Ben has the sense to scramble for the first and keep possession. The clock is about the only thing they have going for them at this point.

Wow, now it's all on the defense. Jax could actually win this thing. The offense scores ZERO 2nd half points. Unacceptable.

Fact is, if the punter doesn't shank the ball, Mundy has a block and we win by 24. No sweat though; better team won and all that.
Dwyer should get Mendenhall's carries though, right? I mean, clearly #34 is the third best back on the team.

You take off that 68 yarder though and Mendenhall averaged under 3 ypc.

That's what I'm saying. Clearly Mendenhall was dancing between the tackles and missed yards other backs would have picked up.

I thought Mendy looked pretty good today, as if he had extra motivation of some sort.

Maybe he reads this board, and found out he'd been cut.

Offense did very little to help D out today. Got 17 quick points and took rest of the day off. Ben was off on his deep throws. We had a couple big plays or else we might lose this thing.
Defense played well considering. No turnovers again though, right? That's becoming a big issue. At least we got some sacks today. Woodley showed up.
Thanks for easy schedule thus far, else we'd be in it deep.
