Didn't you get the message? All the keepers were posted in a security pouch, nailed to the back of a door in a maintenance closet 3 levels beneath the capital building in Austin, TX. All notarized protests should have been mailed to me by 5pm today. Protest forms were conveniently located near the keeper list.
