Yeah, there may be some arguments that might have some validity, they are wrapped in steaming piles of crap. He's creating an illusion - don't look here at my client and players like him, look over here at the NCAA.

The fact that 46% of kids don't graduate isn't the kids' fault? Maybe not 100%, because I'm sure coaches recruit kids they know have no chance in hell of graduating, but theoretically the kid has a shot. And they have plenty of resources available to them, which the lawyer completely overlooked if not flat out lied.
