Haynesworth cops a plea, no jail + community service, for his bar room grope.

Will there be further discipline from Rog the Almighty?

An NFL spokesperson said the incident is under review when asked by ESPNBoston.com's Mike Reiss if Haynesworth could face league discipline. A league source, however, told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter that NFL commissioner Roger Goodell is not expected to hand down any further discipline to Haynesworth.

How curious.  Chronic malcontent, repeat offender, just got suspended by his former team for conduct, after which a road rage incident plus this issue.  Goddell has always dealt with these situations harshly.  What could possibly be the mitigating circumstance?  Hmm, let's look closer....ah, what is this?

Haynesworth, who was recently traded from the Washington Redskins to the New England Patriots, appeared in

Of course!  He is in the "Belichek reclamation program!"  No need to discipline.  Belichek cures all!!

It's beyond our control, folks.  That's the attitude Ben is taking right now, and he's moving on with his life.

For a wedding gift, Willie Colon got him an iPad inscribed DTF (Down To Facebook)...

Kerry Collins came out of retirement to sign with the Clots.  I'll drink to that.  Looks like there's some concern Ol' Horseface may not be 100% for the opener.  And what...  Curtis Painter doesn't inspire you?  Picky, picky, picky...
