Now they're going to discipline fake injuries, which became a part of the game exactly 15 minutes after real injuries.

Goodell will never get the legislative cat back in the pandora's box of worms.  That's what happens when you hire a lawyer.

If he wants to address the issue then do as somebody suggested in the comments, make the "injured" player sit out the rest of the series.  You know, for his safety.

But yeah, Goodell is a Mega Douche.

"I went out one play," Grant said. "I got banged up, and went right back in and finished the game -- (just like I have) every game for my career. My whole thing is when (do) you know (if) somebody (is) faking an injury? ... I'm not no duck or no dummy. I'm not about to be going out there banging myself up like they do in the movies.

Bingo.  Never happen, though.  Way too much howling about it, players trying to play through injuries to stay in game, etc.  Maybe a 3 play minimum instead of 1.  95% of time a real injury is out that long or longer anyway.

But the Giants one was soooo obvious, it was pathetic.  Guys looking at sideline, two guys slooooowly fall to ground, then one immediately gets back up.  Crassic.
