I heard some sort of expert stating that this type of criminal usually starts in his teens and manages to molest a few hundred kids before getting caught - at an average age of 37 or some such.  So double the number of victims for Sandusky due to his age.  But what is the multiplier for having a farm system in place?

Probably about right.  Would be extremely weird for something like this to start in a guy's 50s.
