There isn't a day goes by that I regret the Steelers not resinging San Antonio.

Tonio Brown > Tonio Holmes.

Taking nothing away from the AMAZING XLIII drive, dude's head is, and always has been, in a fog.  Similar talents, Brown came cheaper and looks like a better permanent fit.

Anyone recall who we got for that 5th rounder?  Worth it.

Snicker.

Holmes be poutin',

CAN'T WAIT to see that team next year. I expect a few more great Pepsi commercials before their window closes.

Would he mount up or just spunk in his hand, reach out, look to the crowd and then drop it on her face.

*pops popcorn*

Everybody takin' some shots.

The line is gettin' longer.

When a third string QB steps up, you know there's a big problem.

He'll have to get it outta his ass first.  Or is that his mouth?  With him, probably both.

"I was talking to the coach, letting him understand it was too many reps today," Holmes said. "I've been gone for a while, so I can't be at full tempo like the rest of the guys and where they want us to be at."

"Letting him understand," that's rich.

I'm embarrassed to say that there was a time that I was happy he was drafted by Pittsburgh.

Maybe I shouldn't be so critical because without him, there likely wouldn't be an XLIII trophy in the case, but goddamn if he hasn't become impossible to root for.

I was happy when we drafted him, and he contributed.  Sporadically, but significantly.

But really, he's a whiny, spoiled brat.  Hines Ward he is not.

There can only be One.

But really, he's a whiny, spoiled brat.

Even Terrell Owens and Randy Moss think he's whiny.

I hated the Holmes pick, and I ate crow over it and I don't care.  No Holmes, no win over the Cards.  Straight fact.

But I am glad he's gone.

A SB MVP is never a wasted pick.  And they were smart in dumping him before he killed the locker room.  Can't complain about how the Steelers managed that one.
