IFFFFFFFFF Arians goes, who would you like to see the FO talk to?

I assume Fichtner's been groomed to follow Arians, with some collegiate OC stints before coaching our WRs and QB here.

Hue Jackson? Jim Caldwell??

Collegiate coaches? I'd love to see us bring in Chris Petersen of Boise St. Who else?

I thought for sure Norv would be on the market this offseason, but no.

I presume the only truly available candidates are coaches who were with TB/MN 5+ years ago. Based on that, I don't know who is truly available.
