Paying the price for making fun of Carson Palmer

Remember a couple of years ago, when several of us--including me--kept making fun of Carson Palmer's torn "labia" (Labrum)?

Went to the orthopedist yesterday for shoulder pain. Low and behold, what do I have? A torn la-BRUM, of course.

Have at it kids.

Good thing: The surgeon is a former teammate of mine at Furman. He spent 1992 and part of 93 on the Steeler practice squad.

Had my shoulder scoped last year. Mine was only frayed and I had some buffing & grinding done to smooth things out. Had to sleep in the recliner for 2 weeks. Enjoy!
