Jets took a nice ILB prospect, Demario Davis, Ark. St.

Polk, Chapman yes.  No to Ta'amu, hells no to Burfucked.  Maybe on Hilton, Miller, Martin.  No to Allen.

More on Adams:
After positive test, he drove to Pittsburgh to plead for face-to-face with Steelers to try to make amends.
We're the only team he requested a ftf with.
He's a lifelong Steelers fan & dreamed of being a Steeler.
Went to counseling at request of Colbert.

I dunno. That helps, IMHO.

All I know is that if the Steelers draft a LB they have a good shot to be good.

Judging from the poll above, at least one MGSer will be happy with the Adams pick.

Who knows, maybe Massie will still be there at 3.23, and we can set our line in one draft.

Not necessarily happy with the pick, was just reading the tea leaves if you will.

I would have hated the Adams pick in round 1, but the value seems okay in Round 2.  Thought admittedly, Massie seemed like a better option.  dontknow

From Mike Adams call after the draft:
Why the affinity for the Steelers?
I am from Farrell, Pennsylvania. It’s about 45 minutes from Pittsburgh. When I was a four-year old, my entire bedroom was all Pittsburgh Steelers’ stuff. I’ve been in love with this organization since I started watching football. It was important for me to reach out to them because this is something I definitely wanted to be a part of.

That means something to me. I'm excited about the effort he's gonna give.
I may be wrong, but he's already put in a big effort, just to get drafted by us.
