The Art of Fermentation. I'm gonna start rotting all kinds of stuff. Well, I've already been rotting stuff but now I'm gonna do it on purpose and then eat it.
Actually, I was going to get Katz's other book on fermentation; I've done some fermented kraut, kim chi, and pickles. It's actually good for your gut biome.
Course, if jonzr's recommending this book...
