. I'm gonna start rotting all kinds of stuff. Well, I've already been rotting stuff but now I'm gonna do it on purpose and then eat it.
Actually, I was going to get Katz's other book on fermentation; I've done some fermented kraut, kim chi, and pickles. It's actually good for your gut biome.
Course, if jonzr's recommending this book...
